This service manual is from S&S Cycle for their SH and P Series Motors, these high performance engines are loosely based on the Harley Davison Shovelhead and Panhead motors. This covers everything needed to rebuild completely a SH / P Series motor. This is not for Harley Shovelheads or Panheads with S&S parts bolted on. SH80 (79inch) , SH93 / SH93H (93 inch), SH103 (103 inch). Also now included a supplement for the P Series with Pan Head Style cylinder-heads.
With chapters on general specs and break-in procedures, Rocker assembly, cylinder head, piston and cylinder, crankcase, flywheels, carburetor and S&S ignition. Plus a chapter on troubleshooting. If you did not get this Manual with your engine you need to get one now. As a bonus it has a parts breakdown with illustrations and part numbers. Step by step instructions in each chapter.
